Tami A. Thomayer

September 25, 1963 — July 24, 2022

Tami A. Thomayer, 58, became one of God's angels on Sunday, July 24,2022.

She was born in Bennington, VT September 25, 1963, and was the daughter of the late John and Eileen (Bishop) Thomayer.

Tami received her education in Bennington and was a 1982 graduate of Mount Anthony Union High School. She later graduated from cosmetology school.

Tami first worked as a hair stylist at Hair It Is. She later owned and operated her own business, Head to Toe on Main Street in Bennington for many years.

Tami enjoyed gardening, but especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Nicole Maccioli of Bennington and Joseph Maccioli of Bennington along with a special former daughter- in- law Hannah Duffany. Four grandchildren, Ahrie, Taeya, Kaiden, and (little) Joseph.
A brother, Henry (Skip) Thomayer (Cyndi) of White Creek New York and a sister Fran Jelley (Keith) of Bennington. A special sister-in-law Ann Thomayer of Bennington. Along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was pre-deceased by a brother John Thomayer Jr.

At Tami's request there will be no calling hours or funeral services.

The burial will take place in the family lot at Park Lawn Cemetery in Bennington at the convenience of the family.
