Sandra Lee Brown

Sandra Lee Lupton Brown, 61, resident of Petersburg, NY, (formerly of Stephen City, VA) left this Earth on May 20, 2025. Sandy was born on May 29, 1963 in Winchester, VA to the late Elizabeth and Clarence Lupton.

Sandy graduated from James Wood High School, class of 1981. She married Jeffery Brown on September 10, 1983. Together they had one son, Corey Brown. Sandy was a loving wife, wonderful mother, and an amazing grandmother. Sandy was a very kind and genuine person with a great sense of humor, who loved to spend time with her family, friends, and her cats. She was an excellent cook, a kick-ass baker, and enjoyed the occasional glass of wine. She also loved to garden, read, and was a business owner of a metaphysical shop.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Brown of Petersburg, NY. Her son Corey Brown (Kim Chi Brown) of Bennington, VT. Granddaughters Chicory and Stella Brown. She is also survived by brother Dale Lupton (Shirley DeHaven) of Stephen City, VA, many uncles, aunts and cousins, and two nieces Heather and Chelsea.
