Patricia Ann Farrell (Thornton)

Born on June 6th, 1961, in Weymouth, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Patricia (O'Brien) Thornton. Patty received her early education in Weymouth and graduated from the Weymouth High school in Weymouth, Massachusetts. She later went on to become a Registered Nurse by earning her certificate from the Labouré College of Health Care in Milton, Massachusetts. In the early 1990's She moved to Shaftsbury, Vermont, and began a career with VNA and Hospice of the Southwestern Region.
On September 15, 1998, She married Jim Farrell in Kennebunkport, Maine.
Together, they raised two children Conor and Trevor Farrell, who were truly the Light of Patty's life. Besides her loving family, and her career as a Nurse, Patty's passions included Skiing, spending time in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and enjoying the company of her friends and family.
Patty is survived by Her husband of over 20 years, Jim Farrell, and their two children Conor and Trevor Farrell. She is also survived by Her brothers Paul Phil and Tom Thornton.
Patty is predeceased by her Brother John Thornton.
A visitation for Patty will be held on February 16th, from 4pm till 5 pm, with a memorial service at 5pm.
