Linda Saletto

Linda Saletto, 55, resident of Pownal, Vermont passed away on September 25, 2025.

Linda was born on February 20, 1970 to Jerome and Maryann Scooler. She was the seventh of seven children altogether.

Family and friends would remember her as a caring and compassionate woman. At times she would ask herself, “I wonder how so-and-so is doing?” and give them a call just to check in. She loved to catch up with her friends, and always made new friends wherever she went. After learning how to garden through her job at a greenhouse, she continued this passion at her residence. Linda took pride in her outdoor flower gardens, and indoor plants. She was an excellent greenthumb. Above all, she adored her only son, Daniel Saletto. After many years of striving to become a mother, having him was the ultimate blessing in her life.

Linda is survived by her husband, Vincent Saletto. Her beloved son, Daniel Saletto. Her siblings: Mark, June, Chet, and Jerry.

Linda is predeceased by her brother Paul, and a half-sister Jeanette from her father’s side.

At the request of the family, there will be no services. A celebration of life will be held at a later time.
