Harland D. Westover, 73, a former resident of Waterbury, Vermont passed away on July 15th , 2022 following a long illness.

He was born on October 19th, 1948 to the late Theresa (Corriveau) and Harland W. Westover Sr. in Waterbury, Vermont.

He was raised in Waterbury and attended Waterbury High School and graduated from Harwood Union High school. Harland joined the United States Navy and was enlisted during Vietnam. Following his honorable discharge, he was employed as a bookkeeper and also worked in janitorial maintenance. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time hunting.

Harland is survived by his two children; Mark Westover, Stacy Westover and two step children; Michael Chartier and Teddy Chartier. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one great grandchild and many cousins.

Harland was predeceased by his partner of 40 years, Penny Chartier.

There will be no funeral services at this time.
