I'm very sad to hear of Peg's passing. She was such a nice person. I will miss seeing her. It was always great spending time with her and Tricky at opening day at Saratoga and other big race days. A great time was had by all. There are great memories. My thoughts and prayers are with Trick, Dale, Mark and the entire family.

Peg Gerity....What a great lady and friend!! Always upbeat and positive and full of fun... Peg improved the lives of many children in Bennington by running a Nursery School from her family home on North Street. She loved following the lives of her former students as they went through high school , college , and parenthood.

Peg then worked many years as an evening shift Nurses Aide on the Pediatric floor at Putnam Hospital.. She went down the halls doing the work of two people and delighted in being with babies and young children once again.
Peg and her husband Doug were a true love story.. They loved hiking, camping and traveling to Alaska together..
Peg was very involved with the local VFW, Battle Day Parade and lived her entire life as a true American patriot.
Fly high with the angels Peg...You brought a lot of joy, fun and laughter into many people lives...especially young children. Humor, wit and kindness were your calling cards in life.. See you in heaven dear friend..
