To Howie and Eddie,
We are so sorry for your loss. Take comfort in knowing that your father and mother are reunited in heaven. Your Mom was always concerned about our Mom. She was a shining light in the neighborhood with her smile and concern for all the neighbors as they aged in place. She loved to walk and even when we would stop and offer her a ride on those hot and humid days, she refused and just kept walking.
May you find peace in your memories of her. Rest in Peace, Mrs. Eriksen

My family and I were her neighbors here in Newburgh for over 25 years, until she moved to Vermont. She loved our dogs Sadie, Freckles, Carlton and more. She always talked to our granddaughters when they played outside. She was a beautiful, kind lady. She walked each and every day . Our condolences to her family. We loved her and her husband, Howard. They are missed.

My thoughts & prayers go out to all the Eriksen family but, especially to Howie & Ed in the loss of their "beloved Mother". I always called her "SWEET BEA" because that she always was... She had a beautiful positive attitude & always has a radiant smile. She loved the hotter weather, color yellow & the sunshine and she loved to walk. walk & walk.....She was a loyal friend throughout the years and am truly thankful I knew her. She truly was such a blessing in my life... She loved our Lord deeply with such loving faith and would always answer the phone with "PRAISE THE LORD" in the earlier years... Sincere condolences to all & may God help all of you through this most difficult time.. It truly will be a very sad Mother's day without her this year and years to come... Cherish all those memories close to your hearts & be reassured she will be there to great all of you @ Heavens door when it is your time to depart this world... Rest in peace "SWEET BEA" ! You will be missed.
