Ann tried so very hard at the Cardiac Rehab in Bennington to get well. I was also a rehab patient and we had a great relationship. She hand wrote me cards of feelings and love that I am forever grateful. She was a wonderful person with a kind heart and personality, but so alone in this world. I hope and pray she finds happiness in her new life. Love you Ann
